If an item was damaged in transit please email a photo of the damaged product to 2020.soul.sistas@gmail.com within five business days of the delivery date. We will contact you via email to confirm the details and issue an exact replacement for the damaged item.

We will not honor this policy for any bracelet that has been snapped or busted.

Each crystal is unique in its own ways. The crystal(s) you receive will not look exactly as pictured. Minor differences should be expected.
